Kim Sacha: Host and Co-Producer
I’m the host, co-producer and a new mom. I have had a passion for cooking ever since I started working in the kitchen at my university. Since then, I have come to appreciate the value of home-cooked, local, organic foods. My dairy allergy has inspired me to create my own cache of recipes and be adventurous in my cooking. I believe that by making building blocks like stocks and sauces yourself, you can make more nutritious, budget friendly and way tastier versions of your favorite foods for a minimal time investment. Malissa Grunke: Co-Producer and Technical Director
I'm the videographer and webmaster, but the best part of my job is that I get to taste-test the fabulous food that Kim creates. I'm a busy mom of two toddlers, so making nutritious food for my family that is simple and affordable is important to me. I'm always learning from Kim and am excited to share her wonderful ideas through this website.
